We have a 3-days exchange only policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To start the exchange procedure, follow the below steps or also you can contact us at Safarchikankari@gmail.com and place an exchange request.
STEPS FOR PLACING AN EXCHANGE-
1) ONCE THE EXCHANGE REQUEST IS APPROVED, CUSTOMERS HAVE TO COURIER US THE PRODUCT ON OUR OFFICIAL ADDRESS WE DONT HAVE THE PICKUP FASCILITY.
2) AT THE BACK OF THE INVOICE, YOU JUST HAVE TO WRITE THE EXCHANGE PRODUCT INFO AND COURIER THE PRODUC US ON OUR OFFICIAL ADDRESS, AS WE DONT HAVE PICKUP FASCILITY.
3) ONCE WE'LL RECEIVE THE COURIER WE WILL DISPATCH AN EXCHANGE PRODUCT.
Please note that you need to send the exchange items at our address with the invoice.
